1. Service Agreement

When you book a service with us, a contract is formed between you and Ganpati Packers and Movers. You agree to provide accurate information and to cooperate with our team throughout the moving process. The scope of the service will be clearly defined and mutually agreed upon.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact details.
• Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to the move.
• We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers. Full or partial pre-payment may be required.
• We reserve the right to charge cancellation or rescheduling fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure items are properly packed and ready for transport.
• Disclose any fragile, hazardous, or valuable items.
• Be available at both pickup and drop-off locations at the scheduled time.
• Obtain necessary permissions for entry and parking at both locations.

4. Liability

We take utmost care while handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to items
• Improperly packed goods by the customer
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events
• Losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee. No refunds will be provided once the service has commenced. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 working days to the original method of payment.

6. Insurance

We recommend obtaining third-party insurance for high-value or sensitive items. While we take care to avoid damages, we are not responsible for losses not covered under our standard liability clause.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms. Please review this page periodically for any updates.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, e.g., Gurgaon].
